CAUTION!
Before proceeding to the 6-Week Plan web page, a few words of caution must be said here:
  1. This is not a magical, no-effort thing I did, it required extreme physical activity. If you have any sort of heart condition, do not attempt following this plan!!
  2. Indeed, you should always consult a physician before starting any weight loss plan.
  3. This is also not an eat-all-you-want sort of plan. Near the end, I was down to a about a 1600 calorie per day diet for three weeks. It took supreme effort of the will to stick to that while having a high level of physical activity.
  4. We all have different bodies, therefore I cannot even suggest you will achieve the same results. I lay this out only for your information!
